Yoga and Meditation

Yoga is an incredible gift that has taught me ways to resource myself, to come back to my breath and to trust my body.

I like to think of myself as a guide, as opposed to a teacher. In my classes, I guide you through the Asana (Postures) as a way to connect to your breath, your body, and your intention. I am trained in Vinyasa style but firmly believe in allowing you to do what feels good in your body. Each of my classes focuses on an intention or teaching to support you as a whole being.

My training with Jamie Hanson is from a trauma informed lense. I’ve taken a continued education course in Yoga for Sexual Assault Survivors with Zabie Yamasaki and a deep dive with Seane Corn on Vinyasa flow and the body.
