Meet Ellison Spencer-Helms,

Ellison Spencer-Helms (they/them) is a licensed therapist providing telehealth services for residents of Virginia. A proud graduate of Gallaudet University, Ellison provides therapy in both English and American Sign Language (ASL).
As a member of the LGBTQ community, they are passionate about providing services to both youth and adults, specializing in the LGBTQ issues, religious trauma, body-based practices, anxiety, and attachment. Their work is centered on helping clients develop self-trust, regulate and repair their nervous systems, and move through life with greater ease.
