Parenting in Apocalypse
A support and learning space for caregivers of young children navigating these times. Together, we deconstruct inherited parenting frameworks and explore new practices rooted in attachment, embodiment, and justice—not domination or fear.
Queer & Trans Support Circle
An affirming space for monthly connection, grounding, and being real. This is not a workshop—it’s a circle of presence. Together, we practice embodiment, emotional regulation, and community-building as sacred resistance.
Wind Down Wednesdays: Art & Embodiment Nights
An informal monthly gathering where we create, feel, and reconnect. No art skills needed. Through guided practices and intuitive expression, we explore how the body can become a site of healing, regulation, and joy.
What is body-based therapy?
Traditional talk therapy focuses on thoughts and behaviors, but emotions and trauma live in the body. Somatic (body-based) therapy helps regulate the nervous system, increase emotional tolerance, and restore balance through movement, breathwork, and body awareness techniques.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in anxiety, looping through the same thoughts, or overwhelmed by emotions—this approach can help you move through it in a way that feels sustainable and safe.
